Welcome to Readiness Camp – an extraordinary adolescent empowerment camp designed to ignite inner potential and equip you with the tools for success.

In our immersive environment, you'll discover the power of self-confidence as you engage in a range of dynamic, action-based activities crafted to push your boundaries and expand your comfort zone.

But that's just the beginning. At our camp, we prioritize mental health and well-being, offering workshops and resources to help you navigate the complexities of adolescence with courage and resilience. Through mindfulness practices, self-reflection exercises, and open discussions, you'll develop the mental strength needed to thrive in any situation.

And let's not forget the connections you'll make. You'll be surrounded by like-minded people and forge bonds that extend far beyond the boundaries of camp. Together, you'll inspire and support each other as you continue your journey long after the camp has concluded.

Camp Overview

Below is an example of some of the activities and how the camp could run:

Day 1:
An early start with a morning mindset session, into a team hike, giving us a great chance to connect. Later in the day, we push our limits inside the ice-bath, learning to control your body’s responses through breathing techniques.

Day 2:
A morning mindset session followed by a day of cable wake-boarding. A trampoline session in the afternoon will be both fun and challenging. Later, a special guest speaker joins us to inspire the group.

Day 3:
A morning of mindset, followed by a day of mountain biking, then a yin yoga session to wind down both physically and psychologically.

Day 4:
Start the day with a surf session, then into a powerful mindset session, followed by a high ropes course adventure. Another guest speaker joins us for some great insights and inspiration!

Day 5:
A morning mindset session, followed by another surf session, before wrapping up around mid-day.

Each day will conclude with a debrief session back at HQ. During these sessions, we’ll reflect on the day, discussing the highlights, challenges, and lessons learned, preparing us for an even greater day tomorrow!
